Refund/Return Policy


Our mission is to bring a smile to your face from beginning to end. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email at so that we may further assist you.


We understand that sometimes the sizing may just be off and an exchange in size may be needed, please send us an email if you wish to initiate an exchange. If we do not receive an email, we will not be able to process the request.


Please indicate in the email the reason for the return and refund request. Without first receiving an email we will not be able to process the request.  The product must be returned in its original packaging, no signs of wear must be present to be considered. We will notify you one the product has been received and inspected if the refund will be issued or not. If the product was received by the customer and there is no evidence that it is damaged and for other reasons you would still like a refund, the shipment will be at the buyer’s expense. If a refund is approved, the original payment method used at the time of the purchase will be credited. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund.


Order Cancellation.

All sales are final. Once you submit your order you will not be able to cancel it as we process the orders right away as soon as they are received. If there is an error with your order and you need to make a correction, please email within 12 hours of placing your order. Any correction needed outside of this window will not be guaranteed. Please send us an email right away to avoid any problems with your order.
